The store is great and always has favorite items and plenty of new and other interesting makeup, skin care, hair products and tools. They carry so many brands and a bunch of clean ingredient , vegan, and plant based brands which I appreciate. Having the Benefit brow bar and full service salon just adds to the options. Everyone that I have interacted with that works there has been friendly and helpful.
I just want to express how wonderful my experience was with Ulta rep CINDY! She was patient, helpful, honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. She was very personable and sweet. It's very hard to encounter customer service like this in this day and age.
The store is big and wide. I enjoyed taking my time browsing through all the aisles. This can literally go for hours! They carry Clinique, Too Faced, a great selection of hair and beauty supplies, makeup for every budget. You will find things here you never knew you needed.. It's brightly lit and the stock was good. Lots of hair dryers, curling/ flat irons, hair coloring, like just everything!
Latisha is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and attentively listened to my makeup wants and needs. She asked what I currently used and prepared a Chanel sample to physically show me on one of my eyes how I to correctly apply. She also demonstrated on the backside of her hand how to apply and how not to apply. What a great experience and great tips for a simple gal like me that only wears a lippy and eyebrows but wants a lighter under eye as needed!
I literally just left from this location and I was ignored the whole time I was in there. I had to take the physical sample flat iron to the cashier to ask for help. Many other workers who were not doing anything just looked at me as I walked back to wait on someone to check the back. I will NEVER come here again.
