I got a classic mani-pedi with gel on my toes and regular polish on my hands and spent $55 would have been $60 if I had not applied the discount for new clients. Overall was a very decent experience. I would have liked at least a cleaner outcome for my mani, u can see where the top coat starts and ends, The polish started chipping literally a couple days after. I've been to countless other salons, wanted to give this one a try and overall regret it. I will not be returning.
The ladies here were very arrogant and had a lot of attitude. I asked for a wine red and the lady kept selecting purple . I told her it wasn't it and she was getting frustrated and threw the board of colors at me then left. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You're paying for a service and tipping for a reason. It's not to deal with someone else's frustrations. Not only this, she also "cleaned my cuticles " to where most of my fingers cuticle beds were bleeding. Highly would not recommend this place.
Best place in Chico for all the things! The owners are beyond awesome. Exceptional nail art designs, she is beyond talented. Eyelash lift is amazing, if you're not into extensions. I'll never go to another place!!
The service was alright but the quality of the products were horrible. My gel pedi started peeling and cracking after five days. And my acrylic dip nails were uneven and thick. I also got a underarm wax and they did not even get all the hair off. Overall this business felt very unprofessional and I will not be returning to Us Nails
