I went in for a dark spray tan and after 8 hours, my skin shows no color whatsoever. I've had spray tans here before and they turned out fine, but I was offered no re-do, no refund, just "deal with it." I've had other issues with this business before, including one cashier who accidentally charged me for two spray tans when I only wanted one. Can I get a refund? No. Can I get a second tan later on? No. Palm Beach Tan is just down the street In Chanhassen. Go there instead. Much more professional.

Friendliest, best customer service ever. love that it's not a chain!Clean thats always updated & reasonable prices. It's been around for years in a strip mall that keeps having businesses close and they survive for a reason... Because they are top quality. Towels provided, owner himself will make sure you are welcome but all employees seem knowledgeable in advising customers advice on not burning , type of tanning to use etc. from what I could overhear.
