I've been going there for a few months. Everything was really great. Until today they always ask you do you like what you're getting. I explained that I did not like what they were doing today. She became irate. She stood up and began to condemn me for telling her what I thought was wrong. I then explained once again what I told her throughout the process that I did not like. She argued with me out loud in front of all of her customers. I told her I was done she offered to completely redo. However, after spending an hour and a half there waiting for my nails to be done, I was done. She continued to argue with me. And I decided at that point time I was just gonna walk out. She offered to pay for it. I told her no I would pay for it she would not accept my money. Told me to give it to the church. So after that, I decided to just leave. It is filthy and disgusting there. I put up with that because my nails didn't lift, and they were reasonable.I will never go back there and I hope that you have a better experience if you go there.

I was hesitant to get my nails done while I was on vacation after reading the reviews for the salons. This salon had the best review that was open on a Sunday. I called and was referred to another salon but I read the reviews and was scared to go there. I asked the woman if I could please be at this location and that I would wait if need be. She was able to get me in and did a good job. Def worth the money

My Mani pedi came out great, but unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the wax, which I had never had before. RIGHT before a wedding. I can't even cover it up with shape tape concealer. And my eyebrows were waxed SO thin, which I did not ask for. You really can't trust anyone but yourself to do your eyebrows, I guess.

As always, customer service and genuinely nice people are what make any service worth every penny and worth returning for again.. and Lily did an amazing pedi for me and was a genuinely nice person who I was so happy to visit with. I will definitely come back to Atlantis! The view of the ocean was lovely, too!

Went for a manicure. Got my nails filed and painted. Seemed like I was just rushed through to get to other customers. Nail tech was on the phone the whole time!! She never cleaned her work area after the previous client nail dust everywhere! I don't recommend going here unless you want to be treated poorly.
