Twirl Salon in San Antonio, TX

Really love this salon. I'm someone who genuinely needs direction in what to do with my hair and this salon has really elevated my hair to a much classier healthier look. Both Jade and Lisa have done a phenomenal job.

During my visit to San Antonio, I discovered this fantastic salon through Yelp, primarily because of its proximity to my hotel. Making an appointment online was a breeze, which was especially helpful since I'm not a local. The salon's video showcasing its location was a lifesaver, as it can be a bit tricky to find. Upon entering the salon, I was pleasantly surprised by its interior - a unique and captivating decor that instantly caught my attention. Moreover, they had high-end products like Oribe, which I personally use, so that was a big plus. Natalia, my stylist, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I always appreciate it when salons offer drinks, and the delicious coffee they provided added to the experience. Natalia paid close attention to my requests and even asked for photos of the style I desired. She skillfully recreated the look I wanted, leaving my hair looking amazing. What impressed me further was that the style held up for three days without requiring a rewash. Walking out of Twirl salon, I felt confident and ready for my sales conference at my new job, all thanks to Natalia's talent and expertise. I truly wish Twirl was located in my home city; otherwise, I would be a loyal customer, visiting them weekly!

Think I had someone in training but she was kind and thorough! Spent WAY too much time there for just a trim and face framing but the scalp massage made it all worth it.

I had a THE best salon experience ever with Karla at Twirl! From the moment I walked in Karla greeted me and it was such a custom experience. She is such a professional and took charge on how to handle my hair. I gave her inspo pics and she curated the inspo with the reality of my hair and how I style it. Even the shampoo and products she used was customized to my hair and how I wear it. The end result was fabulous and I walked away with not only a fresh look, but confidence and the reassurance I will never have a bad salon experience again as long as Karla is at twirl. And with that professionalism and expertise Karla is one of the friendliest people I have met too so she is the whole package! I can't wait to come back and get my hair touched up!

It's the absolute best for hair cuts and color. All of the stylists are great and really know color. I'm been going to the same hairdresser forever and that's a lot to say for me!---and no I'm not going to tell you who it is as I don't want her to be all booked up honestly they're all fabulous!
