I have loved Aveda since I was a kid. I usually do blonde and it never breaks my hair. There are slim pickings with good Aveda spas in Las Vegas. This spa is the best Aveda spa in my opinion. I have been coming here for over a year and use the same stylist Eli. He is patient with me and takes his time to get everything right in my hair. I continue to come here.

I look forward to my appointment once a month at the True Aveda Salon and Spa, Southern Highlands. It really is a wonderful experience. My hair stylist, Nandu More, is superb. First of all she's extremely friendly and a true professional. She can do it all, style cut, mineral treatment including a scalp massage (my favorite part) and of course color. When I leave I always have a smile on my face, I'm relaxed and look great. I highly recommend this location...especially her.

This is my 3rd time seeing Lama and I had my hair darkened and roots retouched and a hair trim. She decided to leave some blonde hilights for the summer. As always she does an awesome job. Communication is the key between your stlylist and yourself. You need to express what you want, can it be done or are you reaching for the moon. Lama tells me what would look better on me and age appropriate. I am asian and formerly from Hawaii it was tough for some hair stylist to get the red out when your going lighter and Lama had no problem. I once stated this is not cheap, but we do owe ourselves to treat ourselves. And you do get treated with some herbal tea, friendly conversation and outstanding staff. Mahalo to Aveda
