I have been going to Fatima for a while now but I went to her less than a week ago with a photo of what I wanted and she literally did whatever she wanted. I told her I didn't like it, I've reached out to her for several days and I can't even get the courtesy of a return phone call. This is absolutely utterly poor customer service. You took my money and provided me with whatever you wanted and that's not right. You won't return my phone calls or texts so I had no other choice but to come on here... if you couldn't do it, or didn't feel like doing it, thats all you had to say in the first place. I am past disappointed. I waisted my money and time and now I'm taking them out. They look ridiculous! Nothing like what I asked for! I've attached the same picture I sent you.
