I called for an appointment at the end of may and they said they had no appointments until July?! Sounded like they just didn't want to take on any new clients. Ridiculous.. I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen last week my boyfriend walked in and asked for a manicure and I guess they were extremely rude to him he said. Well today I walked in to get a manicure and the lady said can I help you and I said yes I'd like to get a manicure and she said no we cannot give you a manicure and I said OK can you give me a manicure ever in life like can I make an appointment? And the man that was there said no we do not have appointments today and I said OK then can I make an appointment for another day and they just looked at me so I turned around and walked out I thought it was completely rude no customer service whatsoever I will never go back there I do not know how they could be so rude we live in a small town and word travels fast I do not recommend them just because of their customer service!! Horrible
I took my 9 year old daughter here a week or so back. She really wanted to get fake nails put on. The tech was very nice and explained how getting fake nails done at a young age isn't a very good idea. Kids will play and such, thus making it easier to damage your real nails when the fake ones get ripped off. I completly agreed, with him. So we decided to get the gel nail polish. It holds up a lot better then regular nail polish. My daughter loved them. The tech was very nice and competent. He made sure to talk to her like a normal person (not like a baby like some people will do that don't have much experience with kids). The nail salon was very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone with young children or really anyone who is looking to get nail's done.
