Melissa colored my hair in January. Claimed I said only my regrowth to fix including my gray hair. I walked out, But should stayed, because my hair did not match at all. Regrowth was ssooo much darker than the ends. After coming home, I complained to the owner Tracy B. Went back in and Melissa tried to fix it again, but to no avail.After paying 150.00 for color and a haircut with Melissa, I was beside myself, being asked to pay for another blow dry or go out with a wet head.... My hair was burnt when blowing dry. It started to fall out I noticed when I got home and hair was on the seat and my lap and as i ran my fingers through it. I called them right away to tell them and got no answers. You'd think they would have me back the next day to look. I regularly go to Tres Chic to get my eyebrows waxed, so when it came time to get my hair dyed, I figured I'd give them a try! I wanted my hair dyed ombré, my natural dark hair to blonde. I called and made an appointment with Courtney. You definitely need an appointment! Courtney was so nice. I could tell that she enjoyed her job. She took before and after pictures of my hair (she asked obviously) and seemed excited to see the results. Courtney spent a little over 2 hours on my hair, and it turned out fantastic. She was running a little behind because my hair is long, but she never made me feel rushed. My total ended up being $225, which I don't think is bad for dying, toning, cutting, and styling my hair. I tipped her 20%, so my final total was $260. I'll update my review as time goes on!
