The first reviewer is right. There are only 3 salon employees. Susie and Mimi have been there the longest. Both my mom and I have been going to Susie for probably 5(?) years now. We both get the Japanese Hair Straightening Perm. I have very curly and frizzy hair. It may seem like a pricey procedure, but I get it done once a year. My hair comes out flat and shiny! For the first 4 months, it takes me only 10-15 minutes to style in the morning. After the perm grows out a bit, it takes a little longer, but with a good ceramic iron, I still can achieve very smooth hair. She always cuts my hair well and I take my little sister for her hair cuts because she used to visit chain salons and get poor results. We have both gotten color treatments as well and they turned out beautiful. My sister has dark hair and she got blue highlights, I get a semi-permanent color because you can't color permed hair. :(
