I've never had a problem with this salon ever! But I had a perm done my Pati and my hair is so stubborn my hair didn't take to the solution. In all honestly the perm was done half butt. So I told her to re-do it and she had gotten an attitude because I told her that it wasn't done right. So she does a spiral perm on me and makes me look like prince. My scalp and forehead are burnt and I have scabs every where. My hair is fried to root and I'm very very unhappy with my service. She was rude and had an attitude the whole time she dealt with me. I was going to give her a tip but she took off and I couldn't find her. I'm not upset with the company just the stylist.
