Literally SHOCKED with how terrible my experience was here. I booked a massage through the website and had received confirmation/updates all week. The day of my massage I drive across town to the location and entered, there was no one around. Shortly after entering, a young girl came out of a room and asked the reason for my visit. I told her about my appointment and who it was with and she assured me the person I'm booked with is just "running over" on a current appointment and I can wait for her in the lobby.
I waited, A HALF HOUR before receiving a call from the massage therapist, stating she no longer even worked there and doesn't know why they would've booked her. This is the MOST unprofessional, terrible and frankly weird experience I've had with a business.
**BEWARE when booking here, I should've read other reviews alluding to similar bad experiences before wasting my time.
I visited "Total health spa" for chiropractic service a few times. Dr.Berry is kind and knowledgeable, but sometimes she rushes the service and can't ask her question. Yesterday, she showed up late, also charged me $40 for 5 min service.
I will find better service somewhere else.
I went to total health spa at Lake Carolina today to find relief for my aching back and hips. Thanks to Dr. Berry I am now free of pain. This was an excellent experience for me. I look forward to coming again and again.
Frustrating to schedule a deep tissue massage and then arrive on time to only find out it's been canceled and w/o much warning. While I understand there are unexpected circumstances that may arise I also expect better communication and customer service l. So to my chagrin I rescheduled for the following week same day same time however upon arriving I find out I'm double-booked. I was frustrated, disappointed, and upset to say the least. I will not be scheduling future massages here anymore and strongly recommend others don't as well.
