I had a awful experience at this salon don't waste your time!!! I actually cant believe what just happened there. First of all the dye job was awful and it wasn't even what I asked for. There were blobs of blonde all through my hair and thats not even why Im so angry i know people make mistakes it the way I was treated when I complained about it. The manager was completely rude about it like I had no reason to complain like he was mad about me complaining just because he didn't want the other customers to hear. Then he tried to fix it and it still looked bad then he acted like he was doing me some kind of favor buy not making me pay for it. Then to top it all off he follows me to the parking lot and stars harassing me. He must of had me mistakin for someone else he was saying my boyfriend ripped him off on some gift certificate. This guy is crazy I have never receiced or payed for there services with a gift certificate. You should really make sure you have the right person before you start accusing a person. I will never be back and neither will any one I know. Don't waste your time or money.
This is wear I get my hair cut and color with Heather and my 14 yo loves getting her hair cut with Rachel. I am very happy with both their services. Not sure why this is only listed under massages, it is a full service salon.
