Went in to get my nails done today. First none of the utensils were sterilized between customers; second was supposed to get tan color (even paid extra) and they turned out pink/purple; third..:when I left 3 of my cuticles were bleeding and she didn't trim the nails like I asked.
They ripped my friends REAL nail. And when she asked for a ice pack she said "okay" and she never got one. It stinks and is not clean.
Rushed. Poor quality and didn't last a week even when he assured me the dip was better. My daughter's was rushed and left with her cuticles bleeding and said something about it, they did NOTHING to make anything right. Will never go back

Service was terrible, acted like they didn't put any effort or care into their work. Also told her she grabbed the wrong color, she insisted that she didn't... She did. My friend asked for dip & a tip, gave her acrylic & tip and my friend kindly asked if she could file them down a little more and lady told her there's nothing wrong with them. I have dip powder all over my hands, definitely a 0/10 rating, will not be back.
