I got my ears pierced here and the lady made them so far apart I can't get my triples done anymore and I told her to move it down and she never did and now my ears look terrible and so far apart.
Some of the stylists are caddy and treat clients and colleagues poorly. They make the entire ambience of the salon thick and uncomfortable, all while the owner Betty continues on as normal. I was referred by a friend. I will only return for non stylist needs when the regular front desk lady is absent, she acts as though she is better than everyone. I have been informed that she is the manager yet she does nothing to improve the petty behavior of the stylists that the clients are unfortunate to have to listen to. If the aesthetician moves to a new location I will follow her! She is great!
Im currently getting my hair done and I've never felt so uncomfortable. I have had my hair done here before in April and they were able to highlight and lighten it with no problem, but for some reason today it was a huge issue. The lady belittled my hair and gave me nothing but excuses on how it couldn't be to my liking. When I wouldn't budge and told her that this place has lightened it before she finally said she would try lightening it. Believe it or not, it lightened like i said It would. Never thought I'd have such an issue getting what I asked for especially when I'm a paying customer of $190. The lady changed her attitude real quick though when she saw I was writing this review haha
