Walked in for pedi & mani,, there were only 1 client getting pedicure & manicure. Coz maybe on Tuesday?! I was expecting maybe will have a great service but seem don't know how to give a good customer service & professional. No welcoming No offer water or hot tea,,, they yelled to pick up the color!! I spent $75,., and the next day my nail was chipped already! She put the gel color overlap, so, of course easy to peel! Ugh! SO disappointed! I don't even bother call them to fix instead, but i make it the time to them them this review. I never go back to this nail salon ? What is the name exactly? Cinderella nail sal On ? Or Nail #1 ? Either way both name is confusion! Don't go there if u don't wanna waste your &$?! Go somewhere else!
THEY DISCRIMINATE. I came in Monday to ask if they could fix one nail. They said they didn't have time Monday and to come back Tuesday, yesterday. I went in Tuesday, as they said. I asked what can they do to fix my nail. She said she didn't have the color or powder to fix my nail. I can understand that so I asked her what can she do. She said she could do NOTHING to fix one nail. I NEVER asked for her to fix it for FREE. My nails are an acrylic full set; there are other powders she could have used. She could have used crystals to hide the fact that my nail wasn't the same as my others. OR use a mattifying gel top coat from OPI. Instead she said there was nothing she could. There is a cosmoprof (licensed professionals retailer) in the same shopping complex - anyone holding a license can enter that store and by any nail supply they need, including powders. In addition other nail technicians tried to corroborate her story, and say that the person I spoke to yesterday didn't know what he was talking about. Nice try, I've been getting my nails done since I was 13. WHAT IT FELT LIKE IS THAT SHE DIDNT WANT TO DO MY NAIL ESPECIALLY SINCE I'M BLACK. Apparently BLACK money isn't good money. PS. I work as a licensed professional, and in the beauty field for 12 years. The worst non service I've ever received. I usually travel to get my nails done because I pay for quality.
I know a lot of places don't like to remove anyone's previous nails but I was able to find this place to help me. Kim helped me remove my remaining of my hands. She was diligent in saving my nails that might've been damaged from the acrylic. She moved a good pace instead of rushing me out and catered to the maintenance of my nail beds. If I wasn't trying to take a break from acrylics I would've gotten my full set here.
I love Lele. Does an amazing job with refills and acrylic nails. Been going to her for almost 4 years. Busy place sometimes so call ahead an hour ahead. I never seen anyone complain when I was there. I feel welcomed here. Lots of regulars come here. Open on days where other places aren't open.
