Top Nails in Orange Beach, AL

Worst experience ever!   Technician did a terrible job on both my nails and Deluxe Pedicure.   Not worth the $90.00 service. d

I called ahead and the man that answered the phone said that i was alright to go ahead and come in. i am staying in a condo across the street, so i was there in about 20 minutes. i walked in and was told to sit and waited for about 5 minutes as the lady that did my nails finished with her client. FIRST OFF I ASKED FOR A DIP MANICURE AND DID NOT GET THAT, but still paid the price of a manicure. The sides of my nails have no color, where she filed it, and did not put the base polish down before dipping my nail into the dip bottle. She cut my cuticles several times without acknowledging it not being more careful. She filed the end of my nail, and you can see from the tops of my nails where the dip is rubbed off from filing. She did not clean up around the cuticle or under the nail or either sides.
The only thing she did was drill my nails, file, apply the actual dip, and drill again.
No cuticle oil, no lotion, no buffing, no cleaning, no actual manicuring.
I would save my money and go somewhere else in Gulf Shores.

We just left, my toes look like a toddler manicured them. Per the price brochure, we were highly overcharged. But it wasn't worth it to argue with the lady taking my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Get the pedicure - Skip the manicure.

I walked in to Top Nails while on vacation in Orange Beach. Started off with the Deluxe Pedicure for $55. This was seriously one of the best pedicures I've ever had. I would pay $100 for the service I received! A great deal!

I then went for the Dip Manicure for which I didn't ask the price, regretfully. The nail tech did a great job, nails looked great - one of the best looking dip manicures I've received.  Total price for manicure and pedicure was $125 ($70 manicure?) ok, since I didn't ask in advance I paid it, along with a $25 tip (regretfully). Manicure looked great for 2 days until I got home and started to notice chipping and cracking - on day 3 of a $70 dip manicure? I was already back in Missouri so it was too late to do anything about it other than leave a review. I'll stick with my $45 dip manicure that lasts 3 weeks from a salon here. just regretting that I spent the extra money for the manicure while on vacation.

Overall, this place was pretty good. The prices are hard to beat especially when looking for a good spot to go on vacation. My main complaint was the cleanliness of the place. They do not use bags for the water and my person only used one sprit of the all purpose cleaner before refilling it. The tools were also only cleaned with the same water my feet had been bathing in.
