Top Nails in Jefferson City, MO

This has by far been the WORST nail experience I have ever had. A group of friends and me had an appointment at noon. We arrived in time, we had two fills, one pedicure, and one full set, and we informed them it was a party of four when the appointment was made. This is the end result. I was adamant I was not happy nor pleased with result but my nails could be redone today because they had a full appointment list?? None of the nails are even and throughout when I asked if she would make smooth them out she insisted she wasn't finished yet. When I questioned her about the shape she insisted she wasn't finished. There are over 15 girls that I work with that get their nails done at this shop and NONE of them have ever walked out with something like this. My nails are misshapen and are sore. Next time I will skip the shop and stick to press-ons!

I liked it enough I made a second appointment. I called ahead and was able to make an appointment for the same day. The woman that answered the phone was so helpful and informative. I was nervous about trying a new nail place because I am picky and I have my go to place closer to home. I just changed jobs and knew I needed to find a nail place closer to work. They were able to get me in for a gel pedi and dip mani very close to my scheduled appointment time. I love that they soaked my dip off while I was getting my pedi. A lot of places have stopped doing that and it makes for a long appointment. The pedi was the best one I've had in a long time Mia did an excellent job. My toe nails looks fabulous and she really took her time to get them right but still moved quickly. My dip mani was done by Teresa and she did a wonderful job. I am so picky about my nails. I want them short and professional. I love dip but I hate that sometimes it's just too thick and makes the nails look silly. Teresa did a great job of keeping them thin and they turned out exactly how I wanted. I keep my nails simple but the lady next to me was getting a pretty extravagant design and they looked amazing. Everyone was friendly. They even offered a drink which was so nice. The equipment was clean and the staff was very professional. They have a huge selection of colors and a variety of different mani/pedi selections. I scheduled my next appointment before I left and I probably won't be going back to my old nail place.

Great service highly recommend but make an appointment they are good at what they do so they are very busy. Worth the wait

I went to this place a time before & it was ok but this last time I went that guy Steve was being a complete butt he messes my nails up and changed me for a full set & I only got a fill Inn nothing special me nor my family will never spend another dime at this rip off spot

I left the salon and cried I have never been so humiliated in my life.  I went in for a manicure and pedicure, and they put poor quality polish on my nails. I went home from the nail salon and an hour later (after I was told my nails were dry) and the orange pop of color I had was completely destroyed. The salon was closed for the day so I could not go back.

I went back the next  day and politely explained what happened. The daughter and mother accused me of intentionally messing up my nails so I could have a new design done and that  i should have done the gel manicure like they offered. They also became irate and stated that they would only reapply the same orange nail polish and put the same design back. I said I do not mind the same design but I did not want that orange polish back on my nails because the quality is clearly poor because it was already starting to peel on my toes.

Just then another customer came in complaining about the quality of her polish that she had down less then 30 minutes before and requested that they be redone.

The daughter walked away in the middle of doing my nails and when I asked if she planned on returning to finish my nails I found myself in a screaming match with her and her mother. I was "given"  some of the money for my design back and was asked to leave the store with my nails unfinished. Needless to say I was humiliated and will never return.
