The technician refused to cut my nails to the length I wanted, then abandoned me. Another tech finished my nails, but not before asking me to pay before he applied the polish. I put my nails under the UV lights for twice as long as recommended and the tech assured me they were dry. By the time I got home my nails were a mess. I assume the polish was applied too thickly. I cannot recommend this business.
They did such a nice job! Best manicure I have ever had. The workers there were really nice. We came right when it opened and were the only ones there, it was so relaxing. I would 100% come again!
Never had a bad experience here! Sophia is always super kind and talkative, always lets me know if the color and length is good. Super fun to talk to the staff, and very clean! Proving for the work done is 100% reasonable. 10/10 work. Don't be afraid to speak up if you don't like something! They will help fix it!
I was in last night for the first time and thought you should know about my experience. I wasn't even in there two minutes trying to pick colors and the nail tech asked me twice if I had picked a color yet. I quickly made my decision and she got the colors I chose, which were supposed to be plum and a soft pearly white. She could see by the shape of my previous nails what I wanted, almond shape, not what I got. When she started polishing, instead of the soft pearly white she was polishing peach glitter when I corrected her she said this is what you chose, clearly it was not. When I said I wanted a soft white she grabbed bright white and I said no I want a soft white, her and the other tech grab two more whites neither of which I want to but apparently that's what I had to choose from... the white is opaque in places, needed another coat. Instead of removing the polish that she got on my skin before it dried or with a polish remover she filed it off when she was done leaving my fingers terribly sore, Some of the polish she got on my skin she didn't even remove. Guess I should be thankful for that. Not real sure what the shape of my nails are, but they are certainly not almond shape. The underneath of them is so rough. One of the accent nails has a huge bubble in it, and some of my fingers still had product on them. I've never had my nails look and feel so bad, and I was charge $65 for that? I've never paid that much even when I've had custom polish done! Their solution was for me to drive 45 minutes each way to have someone else try and fix them or have someone else rip them off, at this point my fingers are so sore I don't want anyone touching them let alone investing the time or money in fuel to drive each way. WORST NAIL SALON EVER!
