I'ma returning customer. I hated this trip to Q. clipped me multiple times, was a rush job, didn't understand anything I asked. nails are thick, looks like I have 2 weeks of out growth and I just got them done. I spent $120 for mani /pedi and she cut my toe nail down in the bed- hope I don't develop an ingrown from it.
i would not go within the first four days my nail fell off. 2-3 weeks my whole set cane of. That and it was all for my birthday.:( u do not recommend this place at all.
May is the best! She is the most meticulous nail tech I have ever met. The only downside is that she is such a perfectionist, that it takes a couple of hours to have dip done
So disappointed. The nail tech obviously did not want to be working today. She rushed through my pedicure without offering me any spa options. Laughed at me when she hurt me. Tried to leave but was called back to do my manicure. 10 minutes start to finish-nails uneven a terrible terrible job. Sat me down under the dryer and flew out the door. Another nail tech had to come over and complete my service and take payment.
I wish I had walked out as soon as I walked in. Place is dirty. Chairs, arm rests, and pedi chair controls were filthy. I asked that they clean the chair control and all they did was wipe with a damp rag. No sanitizer was used. The man who did my pedi pulled corner of nail and made my toe bleed. Also scrubbed my heels so hard I had to pull away and they are now red and sore. I would NOT recommend this place and will not be going back.
