Just got a cut, as well as my two sons. All three of us had a great experience. We really had not left the house due to the snow and ice. Will for sure go back again!
If I could give them a 0 I would! My son likes length on the top. He went in to get a trim and the girl asked if he wanted a "5" and told him it would be finger length. He came home with a buzz cut! When I called to complain she told me it was the length of her finger. I knew it was a lie but by that point I was done arguing with her. I would highly recommend to stay away from this place unless you are strictly looking for a buzz cut.
I took my five year old daughter to get 4-5 inches cut off of her hair (hair that was more than halfway down her back). We discussed with the girl cutting her hair we would like it to fall near the bottom of her shoulder blade. There was NO confusion as to what we asked for as she indicated the desired length on my child properly during the discussion. She put it into 2 ponytails so we could try to donate the hair even though it was going to be less than 6 inches - we did not request this but it seemed fine. Then she proceeded with the initial cut over 1.5 inches ABOVE the ponytail holder at an angle! I have the ponytails and have measured it.
My daughter ended up with hair that barely touches the tops of her shoulders. I expressed my concerns to an older woman as I paid while my daughter's hair was still being butchered---trying to make a quick exit and avoid a scene. There was no apology or even any acknowledgement by this girl - who I refuse to call a stylist - who absolutely did not do what we had asked. I was so angry I couldn't even speak.
