I've been going here for some time and they do a good job but this is the 2nd time I have booked an appointment and they did not honor it. I accepted the first time as a mistake but not a second time, especially as the few customers in there helped mock the situation. It's unfortunate making plans and arranging your day around an appointment that they do not follow through on. I will not be going back.

In Estes park visiting for my birthday and chipped a couple of my toenails from the pedicure I received before I got here. Searched high and low for a full service nail Solon just for a basic polish change. Walked in and was greeted and instantly told to come back Monday. I informed them that I was out of town and my birthday was today March 4th and that I just wanted a polish change . They immediately told me they couldn't do it and to try someplace else. A toenail polish change takes all of 10-20 min at the least. Even if they would have offered for me to come back later in the day. I've never been to a nail shop where I was denied service on something so basic. Was in there and out in a matter of 2 min. Highly disappointed to say the least. Would never recommend this establishment.

Amazing! Only place I could find for a walk in on Friday night. They were really busy, but found time for me. Had lovely pedicure with Kim who was AMAZING. she did a lovely job and did most beautiful design work with adding flowers. Loved it, will be coming back.

I love this place. I rarely go back to a salon twice because I'm never satisfied, but this place blew me away both times. They are so professional, friendly, fast and clean and did an awesome job on my nails and toes both times with two different techs. They even offered to do a design on my nails without me asking. Incredibly affordable too. I love the new CND Brisa gel technique they suggested, it's much better than dip powder.
