I went to this location for 1 year. I like how Katie did my nails but didnt like that every time i came in for my appointment i had to wait because the previous customer was still there. We are not talking 5 or 10 minutes either. This week i waited 30 mins past my appointment time. I was finally fed up and asked why this is happening every time and i was just told "because im still working on a customer". Im not blind i see that. That is why i asked but no other explanation was offered. I thought if she apologized for the delay or said because they are short staffed etc I'd be ok with it but she offered nothing else as if to say, thats too bad. If i wanted to wait 30 mins to be seen id be a walk in. My time is just as important as yours and if i showed up 30 mins late to my appointments you would not be happily waiting for me. I schedule my appointments 1 month in advance. There is no reason to keep a customer waiting this long. Its just unprofessional. You have lost my business.

I have been going to the shop for over 7 years and for the most part I've been treated with respect. I have noticed that their treatment of me has declined. This time when I tried to set an appointment I was told that an appointment was not able to be made. And I was told that I had to come in first come first serve. I followed instructions about how to get seen by the person that does my nails and I was treated terribly. I am very disappointed with this experience and will no longer use this business or recommend them. I feel personally discriminated against. Maybe its because I am black. Katie, thanks for nothing. You have lost a loyal, committed customer.
Wanted to try this place since it's close to my home. Tried the Premium pedicure. Could have gotten a regular one at any other place. Have had much better massages and pedicures at other places for l set price.my feet don't look like I got a pedicure at all. The picture is my heel after the pedicure.
Tried this place for the first time after going to my usual place for years, but will never come back. My dip manicure starting chipping after a week and this weird top layer (that I've never seen put on dip before) started peeling after days. Waste of $40! Will be going back to my usual place.
