TL Nails in Elko, NV

Went in last night to just have a quick Express Nail work done.
Well, I guess it wasn't expensive enough and the guy said I needed more than that and that the polish wouldn't stay. He tried to get me to do a more expensive one.
Needless tonsay..I walked out and won't be back

If I could post 0, I would. I went for a gel fill, and waited over an hour to be summoned. The male with Grey hair was extremely rude. I have said gel fill for over a year, but now I need to say "fill". He rudely yelled at me, explaining the difference between a manicure, fill and geI. I asked how soon they would start my nails, but he walked away and would not answer me. I walked out and will never return.

Horrible service, they were super rude started cutting of my nails that needed a simple fill when I told them all I wanted was a fill and a pedicure, when we first went in they told us it would be 50 for a pedicure and a fill, and when we left they charged me 100 after cutting of my nails after saying I wanted a fill and charged my friend 95 for a fill and a pedicure they were super rough, and when we were having troubles pulling money off of our cards since they only take cash and it wasn't letting us pull we tried other ATMs around the area and they still were not working we went back and told them we will come in the morning and pay them since the banks were closed they were so rude to us, they told us to leave or IDs with them (witch we didn't, for the fact you legally need your id to drive and we had to drive home) and they hugged and puffed and told us to leave, there was bugs crawling around in there, the dog was eating nail pieces off of the floor

It gets a one because of the product they have.  I have given this place numerous chances to change up the customer service but it never fails. Every single time I have gone in there, they are incredibly rude. I've shown pictures asking if they could do the simple design and they agreeded...not even close and when I ask to do a little different they give nasty attitude and start talking in a different language clearly about me and or the situation.  This last time my daughter and I were getting pedicures. They painted my daughters toes a completely different color and when I asked about it "we don't have that color" and just continue on. Despite the rudeness and lack of communication my guy broke down 40$ change into all $5. I gave him $10 and the look of disgust on his face made me laugh out loud. It's like bro maybe if you weren't such a jerk I'd hook you up more.  I shouldn't have tipped him in the first place. But like I said it wasn't just a one time thing it was every time (5). Won't go back. Don't recommend it.

I've been going to TL for 3 years. Im happy with their services everytime. My nails always look great
