I really liked getting my eyebrows done by her, but the last couple of times I felt she was there but not there. And She stays on the phone the whole time speaking in a different language! One time she was so late, the numbing cream wore off (1/2 hour)!! She works hard but her business sense is way off! The last time I went, I felt so disgusted I didn't tip, and that's not in my genetic make up. I'm tired of saying, she does a good job but.....! Why women put up with this?

Tj or whatever the main ladies name is, she is very rude. She was especially rude to my grandmother and mother, and we bought a lot of services, and the cheap jewelry she sells that my grandmother wanted. The other people don't say much. not very clean/sanitized or welcoming either. Awful experience.

Tj is rude and need's to try get better at her communications skills. She needs to get her stuff together. Her mom needs to work on her eyebrows skills she keeps messing people up. Very disappointed.. this establishment is trash... go somewhere else..
I appreciated the COVID precautions that were in place. They had temperature checks, hand sanitizer, and a paper to sign that asked questions about exposure or having symptoms of COVID. They had more than adequate signage posted mandating wearing a mask and examples of how to properly wear a mask. My only complaint was that the technician was late to the appointment and opening the shop, however, she did communicate and let me know that she was on her way. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded, and it was a good experience. I am pleased with the outcome.
