I went on June 17, 2023 to get a pedicure. The guy that did my Pedi burnt my skin up with something he had in box. My legs and feet the skin has came off . His product he used peeled my skin off my leg and feet. I will not return there ever again. I will not recommend this spa to anyone.
Would not recommend at all. I normally have my toe nails just trimmed and polished. I am on very tight budget. I explained my situation. Danny puts gel polish which makes my bill $15 more. I decided to have dip polish the last time I went. I did not have a good experience.Please people consider twice before going here.

I don't understand why this place is rated so high. I went in here before Christmas and wanted my acrylics cut down short and needed a fill. First of all I had an appointment for 10:30 AM and they didn't get to me till 11:05 AM. It wasn't Derreck or Nancy but the other gentleman that was there was horrible. I have to say that it was the worst nail experience I ever had in my whole entire life. Very stressful and painful. He cut me three times and towards the end the last cut was pretty bloody and he said it will just go away when I wash my hands. Also I don't understand the way he did things was really awkward and weird. Clearly he is just starting off but nobody should be charged while this guy is still learning. It took him almost 3 hours to do a simple fill that even Nancy came by and told me next time let me do your nails he's too slow. I just laughed it off and I simply just wanted to get the heck out of here. I was so upset that I didn't wanna waste anymore time or energy in here. I should've asked for my money back but I just never wanna go back to that place. The worst experience ever and my nails look like crap. Lastly I noticed the cleanliness in this place was horrible. When I started bleeding he continued to paint my nails rather than wiping it off, I was just like damn this is gross. how many other people did this happen to? Sorry one last thing is there was also a lady there getting a pedicure and Derrick kept talking about how she had extra skin on her feet to the point that he made her cry. I heard her tell him man you make me feel like a freak. I felt so bad for that lady. At a nail salon someone should have a relaxing happy experience this definitely is not a place for that.
I have been to many places over the years but Tip Top Nails is by far the best. I had the max package and it was worth every penny. Friendly and welcoming. They go beyond what you pay for.
