I cannot remember a time I was EVER treated as rudely as I was treated today by one of the people who works at Cheri Nail Bar. I will never go back there, and I will certainly make sure no one I knows ever goes there.
Love this place! They do a great job and always do whatever design I'm looking for! Sometimes they're a little busy, but quality is worth it!
The salon itself is gorgeous the nail techs just have zero talent. My sister and I came in and she asked for longer coffin shaped nails and the technician complained the entire time he was doing her nails. He completely half assed them and left them crooked, chunky, and square shaped. Then had the audacity to charge her $80 for them. I would give Andrew 5 stars for pedicures though, he definitely does not belong there!!! Andrew if you see this go get you a job at Donna Nails& Lashes in Farragut and make some money for what you're worth!!!! Tell Irene that Eva sent you!

I've been to this salon a few times and was always okay with how my nails turned out. But today was another story the woman doing my nails complained because I was being "to picky" she made one nail VERY much shorter than the others and I wanted it fixed so she did it. My thumb is so red from irritation and it burns she also made me bleed on 3 of my nails. I asked for squared and she rounded the corners so they look like chubby coffins not going back
