Nasty dirty environment. Things stacked everywhere dusty gross. No waiting area. Unprofessional messy photo copied taped together release forms. Should have ran out then! Made an appt - piercer was 20 min late. Wasn't apologetic or in any hurry Went at a snails pace with everything. Was acting weird so I watched her like hawk to make sure she cleaned everything well and didn't touch anything to contaminate. I think she was on something. Would never ever go back. RUN!
Courteous well educated staff, clean environment, made me feel like a real safe place to have my work done. Responsible open-minded and willing to take the time to understand how I wanted it done and what I wanted done.
Got a tattoo there and some of the color came out. Went back for a touch up as well as some piercings. The artist (same as the first time) was rough and ripped my skin causing scarring. Should have just turned around and walked out when the piercings did not go so well as well as the artist (Mandy) going out for a smoke before hand and not properly washing her hands after. She just used the tattoo and piercing cleaning bottles for cleaning her hands. I love to support local, but I will be traveling out of Pine City for my next tattoo and/or piercing!
