Customer service is awful. I'm honestly glad things happened the way it did. I had a 1:30 appt with unique and when I got there, I waited for a good 5 minutes hoping someone would come to check me in at least. Nothing happened. I had to call the store's # just to let them know I'm here. Unique came out and asked me to wait 45 minutes because she was still doing someone's hair. I said sure or can you just call when me when you're done? She agreed. I never got a callback. I'm glad though because this place is in the middle of nowhere. Service was trash. There was also another customer in there waiting as well and I asked her how long she had been waiting she said almost an hour. Save your money and go elsewhere. Hairstylists need to give themselves enough time in between each appt. Do not over a book yourself and make other paying clients wait. and also, if you know you won't be done with another clients hair in time. Let your other client know to come later AT LEAST. Communication is key
