I really liked the girl but I had to come home and pluck eat brows she missed just needs to be more careful
I have been coming here for years and most times there is a very short wait but the service is great. Each tech that I have had has a personality. If there is something that needs to be addressed they let you know and they care about your health by ensuring you have no allergies. They are so sweet they feel like my little nieces. I can't say enough about them. Sometimes there are some younger ladies at the counter that don't have that personality almost like it's their first job but they are still respectful and friendly.
I went to get my eyebrows done and if you're thinking about it, don't. She put the hot wax on and ripped it off and ended up ripping off part of my eyelid. Her name was Britney.
Good customer service, they are friendly but when it came to my eyebrows being waxed I was not a fan. My eyebrows were not even and a different shape from how I normally have them
