Great shave! For those of you (men) that have never gotten a straight edge shave, you need to indulge yourself and no better place to go than The Top Shave Lounge in Minnetonka. A great addition to the western suburbs. I now have a new place to go and new friend in Johnathan, the owner. Absolutely the best. Can't wait to go again.

I've been to them all, Aveda, Haus, regular old barber shops. I've always left not quite satisfied. I've come to learn that doing a good tapered fade is an art. Johnathan nailed it. Nice work my friend. Thank you for a great haircut.

Great space. Cool vibe. Johnathan is a pro. This is the first time I had a master barber trim my beard, and I felt and looked like a million bucks when I left. I got the Beard Sculpt & Shave Experience and loved it. Very detailed. A great treatment all around. Johnathan is cool and very friendly. He'll listen to your wants and needs, and offer his thoughts and ideas and give you some shaving tips to live by. I highly recommend Top Shave Lounge. Johnathan will not let you down.

This was my first time to The Top Shave Lounge. I received the Traditional Haircut Experience and Traditional Shave Experience. I definitely recommend both. The haircut: Johnathan does a wonderful job at listening and learning about your own hair eccentricities beforehand so as to give you the best haircut experience. I usually get my haircut at one of those "run of the mill" shops, you know those type of places, where you may or may not get the same hair stylist and what you think your haircut should end up looking like is not always what you always get. At The Top Shave Lounge you not only get what you expect, but the end result is one of the best haircuts you'll ever receive!! The Traditional Shave Experience: This was actually my first shave experience at a barbershop and it did not disappoint. The Traditional Shave Experience included a hot towel treatment, aromatherapy, traditional wet shave, cool towel, hydrating toner, and moisturizer. As Johnathan said, you leave feeling like a super star!!! The shop: I loved the overall decor of the Top Shave Lounge. It really felt like an old-timey barbershop, as if your living during the prohibition era. Rustic wood paneling, old photos of barber shops, an antique barber chair and yes a barber pole. The decor along with jazz playing in the background gave a nice calming experience. The Top Shave Lounge also offers a full range of products from Art of Shaving line. Next time your lady says she's going to the spa or a salon(code for "I'm going to spend a pile of money") treat yourself to this speakeasy style of a barber shop, and yes you heard me right, you may just get a sip of whiskey....The Top Shave Lounge is more then just a barbershop, it's an experience!

Jonathan is the MAN!!! I had an excellent experience. Great conversation, excellent haircut and a superb shave. I will be coming back and recommending that my friends also go in for the supreme treatment. You all should book and appointment.
