I wanted to get a haircut here. There was a sign on the door that they would be back in 10 minutes. I waited for over forty minutes and then went for a walk around the mall. I called a few minutes later to see if they were back. The gentleman answered and said that he couldn't take me as he had two people in line and the mall was closing in a bit. I didn't appreciate that after I waited so long.
Corey is a terrible owner, after waiting 2 hours he told me he was gonna run to subway before getting me in the chair with no one after me. He spent 40 minutes of the guy before me's cut on the phone talking to someone about stocks while the guy was sitting there waiting for him to continue his cut. Every time I come in it gets worse and worse so it makes sense that the way he runs things made 10+ barbers leave his shop in the last 2 years. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
My boyfriend loves coming here because they guys do great work. However, the wait times can be insanely long. They do not offer appointments, so he will call to "get on the list" and still wait hours. Last night from getting on the list to leaving was an almost 5 hour affair. Not sure the cuts are worth it at this rate.... might be his last visit. his words- not mine.
Corey and Danny both do a great job. They're not going to rush through their work like a lot of other places. After coming here for 3 years on and off I feel like they deserve a review. Wait times can be long but they stay busy because they're good at what they do. Call ahead and get your name on the list if your worried about waiting. I've had dozens of great cuts here.
After waiting for 90 mins and being confined that I am next, I am told that there is one more appointment (security guy of the mall) This was the worst salon I have even been. Never going back. NO professionalism!!!
