No. Just no. First, I asked her to just even out my nails and to keep the length. I spent weeks growing them out. She immediately cut them all down. I was with a friend and her nail tech forgot topcoat on 2 of her nails and "fixed" it by applying top coat after the oil and massage, so her 2 nails are terrible. We got nails done on Thursday night and this is Saturday morning. All of my nails are lifting and peeling and the polish underneath is not dry. I am very disappointed and in hindsight should have listened to the reviews.
I love KT nails! My fiancé and I went here and we asked if they had wine, they did not so they ran to the store and bought us a bottle! Great service!!
If you're thinking of trying this salon - don't. I've been there many times over the last couple of years, but will not be back. The manager is rude, does a terrible job painting toenails, treats you as if you're diseased, and Jack's up the price based on her mood. The shop is not clean and you can't be sure how many times a tool has been used without being cleaned. It was never fabulous but has steadily gone downhill.
