Booked an appointment with Slay by Dae via her online booking site. I paid a $50 deposit to secure my appointment . Two weeks prior to my appointment, I decided i wanted to change my hair style. Per her policy, there is not a penalty for changing your hair style weeks in advance, it is not uncommon to make changes to a service well in advanced. I reached out to her several times (3x) to change style. Unfortunately , she never responded to any of my text messages , which is unprofessional considering I paid $50 a deposit. It is bad business practice to take a clients money and not respond to their communications. I would not recommend booking with Slay by Dae as her customer service lacks professionalism and business best practices. As a result I ended canceling and losing out on my $50 deposit.
