So disappointed my last time there! My hair was fried on top of head because she left hair color on too long. I have very healthy, thick hair that had never been damaged until my appointment at She Shed. The sad thing is hairdresser has been doing my hair for 4 years, at this location and also Green Orchid. Did she do it on purpose? I'm not sure. What I do know is that she didn't tell me about damage to my hair. I found out the next day when I couldn't even get a brush or comb through it. This happened in early May and I'm still dealing with the damage, I've had it cut shorter but it's not all grown out yet. I considered her a friend, always looked forward to my monthly appointment. She should have told me what happened, instead she chose not to do maybe it was deliberate. What I do know is she will never touch my hair again!!

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new stylist. This salon was close so I called and scheduled a consultation with Sarah. She was very cheerful, professional and extremely nice. She knew what she was doing and explained every step of the way. Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend this salon to anyone!
