Well, I was a new client to the salon house. I brought a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. The hairdresser said she understood what I wanted based on the picture. I already had short hair and just wanted it given a layered look without losing too much length. By the time the hairdresser was done I had a man's cut ( no hair on the sides or back) with only hair left on top. She shaved my head!!! Now I am left to hide out until my hair can grow out. I look like a soldier who just got his hair buzzed. I am so embarrassed by my haircut I could cry. I will never go to The Salon House on Lincoln Way in Massillon Ohio again. No sense in going back for a correction cut because I don't even have a half inch of hair on my sides and back clear up to my crown!!! So disappointed!!!

Lovely and nastalgic salon with talented stylists! I had Emily perm my hair for my wedding and she was amazing! I hadn't had a perm in over 2 decades and was a little nervous but she did an amazing job and she made me feel as if I was in good hands! I loved the finished product! See pictures!
