The SALON by InStyle Inside JCPenney in Lake Havasu City, AZ

The JCPenney Store in Lake Havasu City isn't bad but some of the service sucks, when i got there i was intending on doing some shopping they didn't have any normal carts mostly they were carts with child seat, but they had one little basket and I thought that would be fine so I was looking at the clothes picked up several tops going to try them on before I looked at any more, there was a young girl working in the dressing room. I guess going through clothes to put away and rudely without any respect at all. She tells me you can't take the basket in the dressing room and I told her well I don't wanna leave it out someone will take it, she says just park it over there no will take it, by that time another lady comes out of the dressing room with a bigger basket and she says well she must've went in when I wasn't here but you can't take yours in, so I parked it over where she said then I thought about it and I thought that was just inconvenient so I walked off and told her she can put away, I figured I'll do my shopping elsewhere. She was a snotty little girl that had no respect for her customers. She gets zero stars. I should of told the manager they just ruined my day and lost a sell by making shopping inconvenient no wonder people are going to shopping online. I do have to say the lady in the makeup department was very nice and very helpful so i did buy some makeup.

Wow, not that this will be my last stop to talk about the horrible service I received at JCPenney Lake Havasu City. I purchased a dress from this location and after wearing it once took it to the cleaners. The dress did not say Do Not Dry Clean, it said hand wash. I took to the cleaners and got it back with all the color from the dress removed. When I spoke with the cleaners they said they cleaned based on what the tag said. I take it to JCPenny and they say it's the cleaners fault. This dress is on sale right now for $38 dollars!!! I called and was told they would have a manager call me. After 2 1/2 hours I decided to go to the store and took the dress in, Brian who is the store manager after having to be called to customer service twice because he lacks Customer service skills and would rather sit in his office finally came to customer service after the cashier told him on the phone it's the cleaners fault and then said yeah that's what I think, hi comes out and flat out said there was nothing he could do. Bullshit!! Anyone in the business of retail and management knows that's a flat out lie! My next call will be to corporate!!! It's not the price it's standing behind your merchandise! Easy MOS, exchange or store credit, but Brian has no such clue of how to take care of a situation!!

This is more of a corporate review. Their credit card services are horrible and lack transparency! I have never had such a bad credit experience and I will no longer be going to their stores!!! I wish I could give zero stars!!!!!!!!

Growing up, the only department store was JCPenney's. It always had great back to school sales and plenty of clothing options to choose from. Now that I'm older, I still like shopping here for some great deals. A lot has changed at JCPenney's over the past few years, but they still have decent clothing as great prices. Plus, they are constantly having sales and you can easily order something online and pick-up in store. This location is kind of out of the way (as is everything out at this mall) but it is on the new side and very large. It is easy to navigate between departments and find what I need or to just browse and find a great deal. There is plenty of parking both out front and in the back of the store. Overall, I like coming here and will definitely be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I waited in line for 15 minutes and the rude brunette who was too lazyto check us out try to push us to another line after we waited. She could check her mom out but not us. The staff at this store we're the WORST!!!!!
