Staff were friendly... place was clean. I asked for essentially a textured lob and came out with shag. Had to go get it fixed 2 weeks later because it was uneven. NOT worth the $50 price tag. By the time I paid for another cut it was $90 all together. Cannot say that I recommend. When booking online I went to the MOST experience stylist.
Went in for something like balayage and some shorter layers. Wasn't super happy with cut so they got me in to fix it. This is the end result. That tail is all I have left of my length and there's no way to fix it so I have to bun it and wait. Don't go.
I went during Black Friday and everyone was so helpful and nice! They had a long line for checkout (obviously its black friday) and they moved people along very quickly!
I always get a nice hair cut and style when I go here to get my hair cut. The employees are so nice and knowledgeable of the products and how to use them and explaining them to me when purchasing them.
Finding a stylist who cuts curly hair well is challenging, so I am delighted to have found Jason W.! He did a great job last time and I'm even happier with today's cut. Even better, he is so kind, funny, and personable, I look forward to my appointment with him and feel uplifted when I leave. Ulta follows all the CDC guidelines and the staff display a genuine concern for the safety and comfort of customers. Thank you so much!
