I brought my 85 year old mom to the mall where this business is located. I brought her to walk a little for exercise. She has a difficult time walking due to leg, hip and joint issues. The doctor encourages short walks so we only ambulated about 1200 feet to the nail salon. She has early onset dementia. I wanted to treat her to a pedi and manicure. Their door was open and there were no signs of hours of operation. The mall closes at 8 and the mail saloon said they were closed. They wouldn't take mom. I explained to them moms health issues with walking. She was actually worn out. I asked if they could please take her as that there were no signs of them being closed and that the mall was still open. They had customers inside. They guy was rude and said I don't care we are closed. It's sad that no one has empathy anymore. We will never go there.

HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY. Horrible experience. I went for a soak off on both my hands and toes both which had acrylic and gel on them. The lady that took them off was rude and did not speak to me much. Instead of asking me to place my phone down and put my hand in the chemical she took my phone out my hand( WHILE I WAS USING IT) and cut it off and then placed my hand in the bowl. Once she did that the other techs began laughing as if it was funny. She didn't ask what I wanted so she proceeded with what she thought was best. The shaping of my nails was horrible.  I asked her prior to the end of my service if she got all the acrylic off of my toes and she said yes. When I left the salon I noticed that both my hands and feet STILL had acrylic on them. When I went back to the salon the manager tried to gaslight me by saying I only paid for the service of removing the acrylic on my hands. I paid $20.60. The price on the board said $10 per removal service so I paid for 2 removal service. When I returned I asked for a new tech and she said no the lady that did it the first time would have to do my nails again. She filed my nails down until they were raw and hurting from friction burn. They also don't use liners when doing pedicures and that is unsanitary.

The week of Easter, I left the salon with kindergarten nails.  I was told $38.??.  I was debited. $59.92. Oh great!!  

My nails were thick, lumpy and clumpy.  I did call back and was told I could come in the following day.  It would be more than 24 hours of waiting.  I took them off myself.

It was a total dissappointment.  So much for pampering myself.

If you can't get in with Tina in the first chair, don't even bother. The lady who did my toes today, did my nails too because Tina was booked, but she CUT MY FREAKING NAIL QUICK. Omg I was bleeding so much. And she didn't follow proper protocol for blood spill or exposure. Smgdh

I asked for a pedicure and manicure and was asked to wash my hands and return to the seat to begin the pedicure. My daughter and I sat there until the water was cold and they had to turn the hot water on again to warm the water again. Then the male pedicurist came over and as he was doing my feet , I could tell when little comments were made as the one next door snickered . I just watched. and ignored. He later asked I wanted gel. I replied know and that I didn't care for gel earlier when I sat down and he asked if the polished I had was what I wanted? As it got closer to 9 p.m. he said that he could give me gel. i again said no and he pointed to the clock and said we close at 9. I said you all knew I asked for a pedicure and a manicure when I came in and that's what I'd like. He pointed to the manicure station and when I sat down the young lady said , 'you don't need a manicure, I can polish. you". I asked twice if she could get rid of my cuticles and hangnails.  The last time she left and went to the front. When she came back because it was evident that everyone was more interested in leaving than servicing the customer. I asked to her to bring me the receipt and that I would pay and leave. When I got to the register and paid, 'i asked for the manager not knowing she was there the entire time. When I began explaining what happened, she tried to justify it by saying it was a language barrier. In the next breath she said that the young lady 's husband was picking her up at nine as she had told him earlier. She also said I was going to do your hands but you wanted to leave. As I reiterated to her, when I came to the register to pay, she never said, ma'am is everything okay, or how can I help. you? Customer Service was on the very BOTTOM of her list and Getting Paid and Leaving was on their minds. This was ths shop I had gone to for years, and when Management was Dismissive, I need to move on. Awful service!
