I did make an appointment and did not have to wait. I showed a photo of what I wanted and my nails look amazing, I am so happy with how they turned out! The technicians there are very friendly and the place is well kept, I will go back again.
Had an appointment at 1 pm, finally at 2:15 we decided to walk out. The lady told us they had a guy call out sick but there were at least 5 of them there and they should've told us that when we got there at 1 instead of after we had already sat for an hour. Don't bother making an appointment if you decide to go here at all, wouldn't recommend.
This place over charges for the terrible work that they do & the service they provide. They made my boyfriend wait 40 min after his pedicure for them to finally put shellac on his toes because the lady got sick and had to go home. Why is she touching peoples feet or at work for that matter if she is sick? Then they charged me $20 to soak off my nails which took over an hour & I didn't even let them finish because of how long it took. For them to look like this! I was super unhappy and I let them know how we felt. They didn't give a f*ck she didn't care that we were unhappy and pretty much told me it's our fault and they don't do discounts. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
Don't bother making an appointment. They are never on time and by that I mean they will just get you in when available. Every time I go here I schedule an appointment and when I get there I end up waiting an hour before they take me. Why take appointments if you can't keep them. Worst service and won't be returning after having this done to me multiple times
Absolutely awful! Do not go here unless you want to deal with rude staff! Told me daughter she was taking too long to get her nails done and was wasting her time! And then didn't even do them the way she wanted them done AND refused to provide a partial refund so she could get them fixed elsewhere! Not to mention their illegal cash only on the weekends so they don't have to pay taxes!!!!
