The Nail Creations in Waco, TX

I have been coming to Nail creations for a few years since moving here to Waco. Today is the day I chose to take my business elsewhere, sadly. I usually get my nails done by Tara but she had been on maternity leave and today I walked in for a full set and a mani for my daughter. I was happy to see Tara back although she was with a customer so I approached the counter and asked if I could make an appointment with Tara. My daughter was seated but I went to the front desk and asked for an appointment with Tara and the manager guy was like who!? I'm like.. Tara? (It's his wife btw) He's like who? I repeated myself. I thought I was saying it wrong so I pointed at her. He then realized who I was talking about and was like OH NO we don't make appointments. (I've done appointments before, I think weekends are the only days you can't). I said ok??? So then what? Do I wait for her to be done? He's like... well it's gonna be an hour and a half. I said ok, I can come back. He proceeded to ignored me, walked to the register. Obviously they don't care about their customers, since I was basically denied service. I had to sit uncomfortably for the duration of my daughter's service.

I spent $230 for a new nail set and pedicure. I ordered a 40 min organic pedi that lasted 25mins. My daughter got her nails and toes done in 15mins, and that was $50. I left feeling like I spent was too much. Was never even offered a drink. The lady doing my pedi rushed us so much when no one was there. And my nails speak for themselves. Iv had way better experiences here with other people. Very disappointing.

I'm in from out of town and I was given the BEST experience here. I would recommend Ariel. She did exactly what I was hoping for and gave me the full treatment at a fair price. It made tipping her extra so easy! I also had the organic pedicure experience and it was awesome! The mimosa was a nice touch, too! I will definitely be back!!!

After months of searching for a go-to nail service here in Waco, The Nail Creations is an absolute show stopper! The three most important things to any nail salon are the quality of nail services, the atmosphere, and customer service. This place excels in all three!! The establishment is clean, modern, and very comfortable no matter what services you're getting. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, they make you feel relaxed and taken care of. And my dip powder manicure and classic pedicure never disappoint! They offer excellent services at very fair prices.

I came in with long nails and the request to keep them long and the almond shape - Kevin did not listen to me, he clipped my nails down and then asked if I wanted to put tips on them for length... no. The color looks like what morticians use, but truly the least of the issues with this service. If you're going to charge $5 for a "special shape", you should be sure that you know the difference between oval and almond as well as short vs long. I have brought my mother, grandma and grandpa here for pedicures and the ladies do a great job, I thought I'd give the nail side a chance. And that's the last time. Stop nickel and diming people for services they aren't happy with.
