This place is such a scam. I paid 500 before it was over. Between the high pressure sales and products. Not to mention the supposed monthly subscription that saves you money. All lies and scams. They fell out the first night  then I was told I would have to pay half price to get them done again. And they refused to refund me the subscription after 2 days. One month later I went to a place in Cordova and had much better lashes done at half the time for 40. No products, no subscriptions. And they lasted over a month. Ladies beware of this place.

I am very disappointed customer.  I had scheduled a full set of classic lashes back in July, and was extremely happy with the results.  I rescheduled the same service (full classic set) with the same technician a little over a week ago.  The volume of these lashes is less than 1/2 what I received the last time.  It was an expensive service and I told the receptionist has disappointed I was and received no concern or compensation for the inconsistent service!  Why would there be such a great disparity when it's the same service with the same technician?

I should have read the reviews before coming here. They're horrible. First they try to get you in with a $119 promo and have you put down a $75 deposit which is fine. I did. I came in and was asked what level of classic lashes did I want? I said 3, I would like to be as full as possible but not quite hybrid. I don't want clusters. I want a full natural look. The lash tech understood and proceeded. The session was 1 hour long (first time set) which I thought was odd. Usually, for a full set times are longer. Anyways, I get to the front and I am bombarded with hidden fees. When I tell the cashier I was not aware that it would be an extra $50 for lashes he laughed and said I will let them know to be more specific next time. He then proceeded to tell me that prior to the promo my lashes were $300. They try to make you feel like you're getting a promo deal but $300 a set would be $600 a month. That is way more than the $20 savings they promote on their website for signing up for a membership. I would have never signed up for the promo had I been aware they were charging $300 a set. I ended up coming in thinking I was paying $119 for a classic set and ended up leaving paying a total of $179. Their memberships aren't even that high and include a refill. I paid $179 for a promo to try them out. I was not prepared for a hidden charge leaving me to only be able to tip $10. I ended up paying just as much for hybrid if not more and I assure you it doesn't even look like my lashes are full. If this is what they call level 3 it's a rip off. I think it's really shady to not state your prices prior to service. Nor are these hidden charges listed anywhere inside or on their website. Please stay away from this place.

Loved the vibe, fell asleep for two hours, woke up with brand new lashes :) lasted for at least two weeks. Need to go get them filled

Awful, just awful. I have been getting lash extensions for years, specifically hybrid, so I know what hybrid lash extensions are supposed to be like. After 2 hours of a "hybrid" session, it looked like no work was even done! They looked out of place, with no volume or length... basically they looked like my natural eyelashes, with no extensions whatsoever. I can't even begin to describe my disappointment.

To make up for it, they couldn't comp me or try to make up for it. Instead they tried to charge me more for another session the next day. I have never experienced such a poor lash service...
