I got my hair colored last Wednesday (July 26th) here. I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted to make it easier. The coloring process there made me nervous to say the least. She didn't seem sure of herself to the point she kept going into the back to get the head stylist (I'm assuming that was her role) to verify she was doing it correctly. Once my hair was washed and dried, my hair was nothing like I asked me! It was so red and nothing why I wanted. Not only was the color wrong, but by that weekend, all the color was washed out! I'm back to my original color! I'm giving this place 2 stars just based on the location itself. It's a beautiful salon with very friendly people. Just for $180 for just hair coloring (no cut was done) to just have it not stay after 1 wash 3 days later. Needless to say, it was a waste of money and I'll be going somewhere else for my hair. **Update** It's 8/17 and I haven't heard anything back from them. Very disappointed...

I used to love this salon but i will not be going back. Super cute, but extremely unprofessional. I booked 3 services over the weekend in preparation for mother's day family photos and they were cancelled day-off due to the lady who i was booked with not being qualified to do the services i selected, even though i booked it. The appointments were confirmed and they called me to let me know day-of even that they were cancelled. They have some very talented artists, but their professionalism and customer service is horrible. I wont recommend anyone go to them anymore.

I met with Ellie and she did amazing! I showed her reference photos and asked what what achievable with my hair color and how much time we had together. My hair is curly and I've had trouble in the past with my hair being handled properly. Ellie took what I wanted and made it a reality while still taking into account my curls. Could not recommend her enough and will be returning!

I recently stopped into this salon for a makeup application for a wedding I was attending. I don't live in the area, so only had Google reviews and Yelp to really help me in the search for finding a makeup salon. Booking online was fairly simple and I liked that they sent an email confirmation as well a few texts ahead of time to remind you of your appointment details. My makeup artist was really sweet and kind. I liked her a lot. She made me feel at ease after an already stressful day. However, I was still left disappointed with my overall look once I was done. I've had my makeup done professionally a handful of times for events. It typically lasts about an hour to do it all. I was only in the chair here for less than a half hour. Maybe it was because it was airbrushed? Regardless, I couldn't see any blush, highlighter, eyeshadow on me. I was pretty upfront to the makeup artist about what I wanted with for my look. I have great skin, so that wouldn't have been an issue. The worst part is I couldn't tell a different from when she did it vs. what I look when I do it myself. I don't have any makeup skills. Oh, yeah. I also paid over $100 to look the exact same. Really wish I could've had my money back. I ended up going to Ulta to buy a lip color (which she never applied) as well as some blush / highlighter (that was also not applied.) Cute salon, low quality results.

My daughter got her hair done at this salon for her Senior prom. By the time she got home from the salon, about 20 minutes after her appointment, all of the curls were gone. I called the salon and was told that management was gone for the day (it was Saturday afternoon) and that someone would get back with me on Monday. It has been over a week and I didn't get a callback. My 17 year old daughter paid over $80 for a hairstyle that didn't even last 30 minutes and the salon doesn't even care. This might be a nice salon (that I have been going to for several years) until you have a problem. There was no offer of a solution or any kind of follow-up. Very unprofessional & disappointing. The hair stylist was Megan Fagerstrom, btw.
