I was really disappointed. My hair was long and I asked it to be collarbone length It's about an inch too long and the first layer she cut underneath is an inch and a half shorter. She asked if I wanted layers and I said some because I wanted it framed around my face. No layers. She cut and blew it out and then took the cape off. Never asked me if it was ok. Didn't style it at all. I'm very disappointed. It looks fine, just not what I wanted. I paid and tipped my normal 20%. I will not return .
Very nice, clean place. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We didn't have appointments and they happily washed, cut and dryers both of my daughters hair. Some places claim they welcome "walk-ins" but you can tell they really aren't happy about it---not here. They were great! Jessica was sweet and did a great job. We'll be back!
