THE BEST NAILS in Fayetteville, AR

We called prior to going to schedule appointments and get costs. Once there, the only options given were gel polish, which was $20 more than the quoted price but was not stated at the time of service and the charge was added at check out. The price of $30 given to them is also listed on their website. Further, the pedicures were a mess. The polish did not cover the nails for one child, there are cuts on the toes that are now streaking, my daughter is in pain, the nails are cut unevenly, and my daughter and her friend were very unhappy. When the charges were questioned, the girls were treated rudely and belittled, even pulling in techs who had not been involved with their services and voices were raised by the employees. They were told they could have the gel polish removed and redone with regular polish. The girls only wanted to leave by that time, especially after being treated the way they had been. They felt embarrassed and hurt by the whole encounter. A refund of $15 for the polish difference was rendered, but the customer service was disheartening and appalling. These are teenagers who have worked hard at their jobs to earn their money and just wanted a relaxing and fun day together.

The guy that did mine didn't listen  to what I wanted done . Was rough with fingers.  And didn't let my nails dry just put oil on my nails and said your done and got up and walked off.  I paid for 2 people charged me $90 . Later I got a email for the transaction and I was charged $108. I called and tried to tell the lady I was over charged.  She said you called me then told me to calm down and hung up on me.  And after I left a bad review on there web site the exta money was put back on my card.  If i could have a no star I would have. They suck.  Don't waste you money going there. I have never left reviews before.  But if your going to do a shifty job I will leave one
So be rude and tell me to calm down and hang up on me and I will give a rant about it. So other people don't get the same treatment.

Worst salon i've ever been to. Dirty tools, unsanitary salon, mediocre work, rude employees, and rough handling. My friend and I came in yesterday to get acrylic sets. The staff were walking around barefoot, sitting in the massage chairs eating, and looked very surprised to see people coming in.

My nail tech, a woman, cut 8 of my fingers. halfway through the process she told me my nails would cost $75, which I was shocked because I only got short acrylics with gel polish and my old nails soaked off. She didn't take all of my old acrylics off, so I had a layer of old acrylic under my new nails. I left the salon bleeding.

My friend's nail tech, a man, cut her finger and then put a layer of acrylic ON TOP of the blood, so it was permanently inside her french tip nails.

We went back into the salon for a refund, to which my friend's nail technician yelled "I cut you, so you get free nails now?"

when I expressed my problems with my acrylics, the manager was very understanding. My nail technician, however, screamed at me from across the salon in her native language. I only asked for a half refund because I didn't want her to do free work, but I think I was too generous. Don't go here.

UPDATE: the acrylics are falling off after almost a week.

Best Nails? More like worst. Came here because my normal place was booked. Rushed, cold water and dirty tools. (See pic.) I came with a friend so I was sitting in the chair after mine got done because they had just started hers. She starts cleaning it WHILE IM SITTING THERE. I have to pull my feet up in the chair awkwardly for her to finish. Really regret wasting my money here.

Went to Rose Nails in Rogers because it was highly recommended. Upon arrival there were 4 technicians and one customer. The girl who can do the ombré technique I wanted refused to do my nails and try to pawn a young man off on me so I left.
I came here to Best Nails in the mall because a friend said they have people there that do ombré. I did and a lady named Rosie hooked me up!!! I got dip powder with tips with ombré finish and a pedicure. She was friendly and humorous The whole time and the nails! Well they can speak for themselves!!!
