I had gone 4 years without cutting my hair and I got tired of hassling with all the split ends and how tangled and snarled it had gotten. I wanted a trim to get rid of the split ends and get some hair care advice as I know that Beach House salon carries a wide variety of hair care products that are cruelty free which is very important to me. I love how you can go to their website and get to know all the stylists. I made an appointment with Kimberly because I got to see Instagram pics of some of the work that she's done and I felt that she would be a good fit for my particular hair care needs. I was so glad I picked Kimberly! She immediately made me feel at ease as I explained that I only wanted the bare minimum cut to remove my split ends. I spent a long time growing my hair and I wanted to keep it as long as possible. She started off by giving me a thorough scalp massage. It felt so good and really relaxed me. During the styling we were chatting constantly. Kimberly is very friendly and we hit it off like a couple of gal pals. I was very happy with the end result. Kimberly recommended a hair mask that can also work as a conditioner to help me with keeping my hair moisturized I will definitely be coming back to Kimberly on a regular basis to keep my locks in great shape. 4 days ago I left a review that I did not recommend this salon based on my previous appointment and the outcome. Well not long after my Stylist Emily reached out in the kindest way to let me know she was there to correct anything I wasn't okay with. I had experiences at other places that if you tried to reach out, they would become hostile towards you. And I let that influence me to make a review versus reaching out personally, which was unfair. She was nothing but sweet and got me in this week to correct the issues and I honestly couldn't be more grateful. I do apologize to Emily for the previous review and also want anyone who reads this to know: If you want someone honest, down to earth, and always striving to provide great service, see Emily!
