They would not honor a $100 gift certificate that was dated 14 months ago. Federal law says they have to honor them for 5 years. I had a manicure and a pedicure. my thumb had a big chip before the end of the day. I went back the next day and they said too busy can you come back. I will pay someone else to fix it.
Loud, rude and when I asked if I could still do shellac polish instead of regular (no polish on my toes yet) she just said no. I asked why and she didn't respond. Not as clean as it was when Mala owned it and so, so rude. Won't be back.
They do great work, usually have a solid color choice, and a variety of spa treatments available. The new volcano treatment was relaxing.
First time in years I went to a nail salon. I should have known something wasn't right when we had an appointment and still had to wait 45 minutes. My daughter got a manicure which looked good but I told them twice just a regular manicure and she picked out her polish but they had her pick a different polish, a shellac polish, $$. I told the woman who did my pedicure what I didn't want done and she must not have been listening because she did exactly what I asked her not to do. She then cut my big toenail crookedly. Then when I gave her my card for payment I found out on the receipt that they charge EXTRA for using your card!! There was no clear signage about the fee. It was a disappointing experience.
