Terrible customer service. The stylist (Grace) was very rude and had a bad attitude. Did not even deliver results but instead gave excuses.
Felt like a number. Did not feel heard, simply rushed through. I've heard of good experiences here, so I was surprised by so many off-putting attitudes. If you already know what you want and you happen to get a stylist who is great at that, then you're good to go. But if you're looking for advice and patience, this is not the place for you. Beautiful building, impatient employees.
The pedicure is terrible, the worst in my life. Nails painted with regular polish. there was no normal processing of the nail. My husband's nails were not cut at all. I was told that short nails are illegal in the state of Alabama. Do you think your customers are stupid? it's just that your employees are lazy, deceitful and low-skilled.
the hairdresser is terrible. My husband's hair was cut crooked and askew. the hairdresser admitted that he had only recently started working. Nightmare. but very, very expensive. the price does not match the quality. I will never go back to this terrible place.

I am new to the Huntsville area, and as a former military spouse have had many experiences with hair care. This is the snootiest place ever!
My stylist "warned" me that is might take us a few iterations to get my hair right. I'm a woman in her 50's and just have always had a nice basic bob. I was very clear with the fact that I wanted a basic bob a little undercut so it would curl under, after repeating this several time during my visit I left with an uneven cut that was Shorter on top on one half of the side of my head.
I called back the other day and the receptionist told me she'd have to "check" to see if the stylist was willing to work with me again.For 300. For a cut and highlight au'd think she'd be happy to try to work with my needs!
