I love this place. They are kind, friendly, and work around my schedule every time. I take my son here all the time, and he feels very comfortable. The salon is clean, and very classy. We always ask for Lucy because she does such an amazing job. When it comes to salons I've learned you get what you pay for. This salon is located on El Paseo, and is worth every penny!

Brooklynn gave me a great cut! She listened to my every concern and asked questions to help guide the conversation. And just when I had nearly giving up getting a skillful cut in the desert. Thank you Brooklynn, you are not only knowledgable about hair and masterful with scissors, you are a delightful young woman as well.

Fabulous salon! It's tough for me to come into the salon with two little ones and they go above & beyond to accommodate. Lisa came to my house made me feel like I'm me again! She is a wonderful colorist! I asked her to dye my hair darker to match some extensions I had and she matched them perfectly! Even more so, Not only did she also give my son a haircut, but she managed to make him feel completely at ease throughout the process! He is 3 years old and haircuts are still a little scary for him, she truly has a way with children! Thank you Lisa, and thank you everyone at Roberto Madera Salon!

I went to this salon twice, the first visit was great and my hair color (blond) turned out well although it took a long time. I went back for a second time to get my roots and color touched up and it turned into a disaster, the color turned out brassy and grey/green on the ends, I was shocked. The owner of the salon set an appointment for me the next morning to fix it, he arrived 45 minutes late and had overbooked himself so hardly had any time to deal with my hair. After spending four hours in this salon, I left with a muddy color and dry over processed hair. The owner offered me a gift certificate to come back for a haircut which I declined because I would never step foot in this salon again. I don't usually write reviews but this place is such a nightmare that I want to warn other potential customers.

Got a last minute appointment with Lisa! She did an awesome job of cleaning up all that hair I had. She spent a lot of time on a great cut and wonderful color. Though the color was not permanent and it has faded back to show a lot of the blonde I had before. Definitely will return, but hope to go darker.
