I called in to see if there was an appointment available for a haircut and they had one. I asked to get 4-6 inches cut off with layers and a face frame. I'm pretty sure the hairstylist was new because I got a cut that is straight, no layovers and face frame that doesn't connect the haircut from the front and back. Extremely disappointed. I could spend $70 anywhere else to get a decent cut. THANK GOD hair grows back.

I went in today for a haircut.  It was the most expensive haircut I have ever had.  When I called to make the appointment the admin told me they schedule a first appointment for 1 1/2 hours so there is time for me to talk to talk about my hair.  (Naturally they charge for the time so a cut cost 50% more.)  Give me a break...I can say everything that needs to be said about my hair in under 2 minutes.  Very pretentious, in keeping with the price. I got home and took a good look in the mirror and the front of my hair is radically different right to left.  It would be 1 hour round trip for me to go back and have them fix my hair, so I'll fix it myself.  What a waste of time an money.

If you've ever had to grow out a tragic haircut, you know how scary it is to get even a little trim. Well, after five whole years of growing mine out and the DIY trim I attempted during quarantine, suffice it to say my hair was in dire need of divine intervention. Thankfully, Linda provided exactly that!
She listened to all of my fears, wants, ideas, and questions, and gave me detailed suggestions for how to make me feel happy with my hair again. We concluded that I needed to chop off at least three inches, which made me nervous, but that quickly dissipated as she worked her magic. She even went so far as to have me point out which face framing hairs I leave out of my ponytail so that she could intentionally trim and shape each one - I've never had anyone care that much before!
It's been years since I walked out of a salon feeling so stoked on a haircut. I didn't even miss the length we had to cut off, because my hair looks so much healthier, fuller, bouncier - and it feels infinitely softer. Which, if you've ever gone five years without a real haircut, is saying a LOT! I can't stop gently swishing my hair around whenever I walk, lol. Thank you so much to Linda! I highly recommend her services and will definitely be returning again :)

You shouldn't ever go anywhere else for you hair. Everyone at Arrow Studio is beyond helpful and a joy to be around. My cut is always perfection!!!! Also ask for Linda

Anaïs is an incredible stylist. I looked for a really long time to find a stylist who made me comfortable and also would best help with my texture of hair and hair goals. Anaïs truly listened to all my goals and dreams and exceeded all expectations and made me fall absolutely in love with myself. I couldn't recommend a better stylist to feel heard from while still making sure to keep the hair's integrity! They truly took care of all my needs and made me feel welcomed and took all COVID protocols very seriously and it's wonderful that as a high risk person, I don't have to worry about whether or not the salon is doing a great job of keeping things cleaned and can still get my hair done!
